Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please email thesimplesaucecompany@gmail.com as soon as possible. Orders generally ship within 12–24 hours of purchase. We can usually accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has shipped, but cancellations are not guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned after delivery to receive a refund. For returns due to a change of mind or an order placed in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds for returned products will be processed once we receive the returned order.
